Allyn Needham

Dr. Needham is a principal at Shipp, Needham Economic Analysis. He has been consulting in the area of litigation support for more than twenty years. As an expert, he has testified on various matters relating to personal damages, commercial damages, personal damages, business valuation and business bankruptcy. He has been retained by attorneys representing both the plaintiffs and defendants and has given expert testimony in state and federal courts.
Prior to becoming a forensic expert, Dr. Needham worked more than 20 years in the areas of banking, finance and insurance. He has also been an Adjunct Professor of Economics at Texas Christian University and Weatherford College. A regular submitter to Quick Read, Dr. Needham has published numerous publications in the area of commerical damages, personal damages and business bankruptcy. He regularly makes presentations providing continuing education to economic, vocational and bar association meetings.
