Larry Horwich is a partner in the firm’s business valuation and corporate finance practices. He leverages more than 30 years of experience to provide valuations of private, closely held businesses and emerging companies for sale, merger and acquisition, financing (debt and/or equity), estate and gift tax purposes, shareholder disputes, buy-sell agreements, insurance claims, marital situations, and other business matters. Mr. Horwich is a highly skilled tax and business advisor with diverse knowledge in estate planning, audit and accounting, and financial investment services.
