Cyndi J. Livermore's business valuation experience includes hundreds of valuations for closely held businesses and ownership interests spanning all industries from pre-revenue start-ups to $1B pre-IPO. Her business valuation services and expertise have been rendered for a variety of purposes, including: lost business value, lost profit, estate and gift tax matters, Employee Stock Ownership Plans, and marital dissolution. She was a NACVA 40 Under Forty Honoree in 2015.

Ms. Livermore established Livermore Consulting Group, a BV firm servicing the New England area. She began her appraisal career with a Dallas based boutique business valuation firm before becoming managing director of a Chicago-based marital dissolution business valuation and financial forensics firm.
